What gear oil type and change interval does the EP-9.311-JCG gearbox need?

SAE 90 gear oil, GL-4 or GL-5 specification — approximately 350–400ml fill volume. First oil change at 50 hours (break-in interval); subsequent changes every 200 hours. In tropical operating conditions above 35°C, reduce to 150 hours. The shaft drive components (cross-joints and sliding spline) are separately greased on a different interval — see the cross-joint lubrication FAQ above.

What warranty and shipping options apply to the EP-9.311-JCG?

12-month warranty from dispatch against manufacturing defects in both the gearbox and drive shaft components. Warranty covers gearbox housing and gear defects, bearing failures not caused by contamination or oil neglect, shaft tube integrity, and cross-joint bearing failures not caused by grease neglect or over-angle operation. Not covered: shaft modifications made after delivery, operation above 540RPM PTO input, or gearbox oil neglect. Shipping: DHL or FedEx courier for 1–3 units (3–5 days to Korea and Japan; 5–7 days to SEA). Sea freight LCL for larger orders (10–18 days to Busan, Yokohama, Ho Chi Minh City). Full export documentation prepared, including Certificate of Origin for RCEP preferential tariff applications.
